Under the Sisterhood is a social impact company powered by intergenerational storysharing. We elevate and archive women’s lived experiences across health, identity, culture, and equity, bringing together voices from across generations and around the world. We are building the Smithsonian of women’s lived experiences. Under the Sisterhood preserves and amplifies stories that have long been overlooked, helping reshape how women see themselves and how the world understands women.

At the heart of this work is listening. When women’s stories are seen, heard, and connected, they reveal patterns, insight, and the possibility for meaningful change.

What we do:
Under the Sisterhood records and elevates women’s lived experiences across every life stage, building a living archive of women’s lives across health, identity, and culture. Through one-on-one storysharing and our Under the Hood programming, we surface patterns, synthesize insight, and bring visibility to what too often goes unrecognized in women’s lives and care.

We partner with corporations, educators, nonprofits, and communities to deliver:

  • Original storysharing across digital, audio, and live platforms

  • Women’s health education grounded in lived experience and clinical expertise

  • Bespoke wellness and leadership programming informed by narrative insight

Our work sits at the intersection of culture, education, and impact, ensuring women’s lived experiences inform advocacy, decision-making, and meaningful change.

Our mission: To elevate and apply women’s lived experiences in pursuit of narrative equity, closing the gender health gap and reshaping systems for generations to come.

Our vision:
A world where women’s lived experiences shape the systems that define their lives; where communities flourish, and women have equitable access to the health, wellness, and opportunities they deserve.
