We are thrilled to host Under the Hood of Menopause in honor of Menopause Awareness Month. Menopause is a natural and transformative stage in a woman’s life, defined as the point when a woman has gone 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period. While menopause itself lasts one day, the transition leading up to it—perimenopause—and the years that follow—post-menopause—can bring profound physical, emotional, and hormonal changes.
This event will feature four inspiring women panelists—Dr. Taniqua Miller, Dixie Lincoln-Nichols, Mayra Hurtado, and Teyonna Bowman—who will share expertise, insights, and lived experiences to illuminate every stage of this journey. From navigating perimenopause symptoms to understanding long-term health implications in post-menopause, our panel will unpack what’s really happening in women’s bodies and share strategies for thriving through change.
Join us for an open, honest conversation designed to replace confusion with clarity and empower women with knowledge, support, and community.
